Fever, pulmonary infiltrate. Septic shock and ecthyma gangrenosum (EG) on the 3rd day. DIC (disseminated intravascular coagulation) and transplantectomy on day 5.

Donor: perfusion fluid negative. No other information. The other recipient also developed P. aeruginosa infection
