Continued pancreatitis despite treatment of rejection; CT showed pancreatic phlegmon, exploration showed firm pancreas with "pseudocyst"; Underwent pancreatectomy following notification of donor CNS lymphoma diagnosed by autopsy. Pancreas and later peritoneum, mediastinum shown to be involved.
