A 9 year old male wih history of acute myeloid leukaemia and anemia due to chemotherapy presented with fever, fatigue, malaise, vomiting, diarrhea, and petechial rash.

Donor was IgG+ post donation with tick exposure but sample not available at donation for PCR testing.
