Abstract | A patient developed pure red cell aplasia after ABO incompatible BMT for leukemia. He did not respond to plasma exchange. Antilymphocyte globulin therapy was followed by complete and permanent erythroid recovery with disappearance of recipient-derived isoagglutinins. |
