Abstract | During the last few years, the number of living donor kidney transplants has increased and this form of transplantation is currently the only option in some patients. We report two cases of living donor kidney transplantation in which the donor carried monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance. Neither of the two receptors has developed complications at 42 and 36 months after transplantation, respectively, and the donors have normal renal function and there is no evidence of progression to multiple myeloma. |
