| Abstract | Chagas' disease is caused by Trypanosoma cruzi. It is endemic in Latin America where 16 to 18 million people are infected. Immunocompromised patients such as BMT recipients are at risk of Chagas' disease either due to reactivation or transfusion. We report a case of acute Chagas' disease in the setting of BMT. |
