Signs of AML, CML or Myelodysplasia in reciepient; majority was myeloid. Donors did not show leukemia (at least during short term follow up - for long term this is unknown); further no relation to condioning, donor, graft manipulation, GVHD prophylaixs, complication identified. Probably only surveillance is helpful (which was not expressed as this in word in the text)
