Female partner wants to clame sperm of deceased male partner. Presevation contract was stated that sperm should be available for his partner after his death. Sperm was mistakenly destroyed
Demonstration of imputability or root cause:
Normaly sperm is destroyed after the death of the (partner) donor except when it is stated differently in the contract. Contract was not checked properly.
