Proven: Parasite visualised at bronchoscopy. Strongyloides and Vancomycin resistant enterococcus found in CSF. Three allograft recipients from same donor (heart, kidney and kidney/pancreas) were seronegative for strongyloides IgG by EIA and were diagnosed with infection post-transplant. No information available for the liver recipient. Donor was seropositive for strongyloides.
