During preparation for cryopreservation 1 of 3 embryos (for fertility preservation) is lost by transfer from one dish to another.
Demonstration of imputability or root cause:
Pipette containing the best of 3 embryos was knocked agains the dish. Embryo has fallen apart. Best chance of having her own offspring is lost for patient.
