During surgery the cornea for transplant shows a keratoconus. Procedure aborted. Patient already under anesthesia
Demonstration of imputability or root cause: 
According to cornea bank no keratoconus. Other cornea from same donor analysed with pentacam. No abnormalities. Donor was 31 years old. Young donors have thinner and tender cornea. Cornea transplant 2 weeks later with new cornea
