Demonstration of imputability or root cause: 
Proven; donor from endemic country, serology positive. Recipient was seronegative pre-transplant. Strongyloides adult worms seen in EGD and larvae seen in urine. This receipient received kidney/pancreas; other recipients of kidney and heart from same donor also acquired strongyloides infection. Good response to ivermectin and albendazole.
