Alerting signals, symptoms, evidence of occurrence: 
The authors report the use of 14 livers infected with clonorchis sinensis (proven infection: dead liver flukes visible in the bile). Praziquantel 25 mg/kg tid was administered for 2 days starting 2 days after Tx. No parasite trasmission was documented.
Demonstration of imputability or root cause: 
IWDT (intervention without documented transmission): the recipient was monitored clinically and by microbiological analysis of bile and stool for parasites ova. See above for prophylaxis.
