Fever, headache, myalgias, and hepatosplenomegaly 18 weeks post-transplant

Donor (living): Seropositive pre-transplant. Recipient: seronegative pre-transplant, had positive blood smear post-transplant. Recipient had received 3 blood transfusion peri-transplant which were all seronegative for T. cruzi.
