Wasting syndrome, liver failure (possibly related to GVHD); leukocytosis with immunoblasts and plasmacytoid lymphocytes; lymphadenopathy; hepatosplenomegaly; immunoblastic sarcoma (lymphoma) noted;
Demonstration of imputability or root cause: 
Post mortem: Diffuse infiltratiive immunoblastic sarcoma (lymphoma); extensive GI track involvement; liver, lungs and kidneys also involved. Both large and small lymphoblastoid cells present with high mitotic activity.
