Three years after BM transplantation, hyperleukocytosis appeared. Bone marrow aspirate revealed 90% peroxidase-negative leukoblasts ' consistent with type 3 ALL (Burkitt type).

Demonstration of imputability or root cause:

DNA typing at locus D10S28 revealed cells of donor origin.

Imputability grade:

3 Definite/Certain/Proven
