Graft failure, which is defined there as “persistent neutropenia, <5% donor chimerism, and ANC <0.5x10^9/L for three or more consecutive laboratory values. CIBMTR definition: ANC requires 3 consecutive test results above 0.5x10^9/L. Platelet engraftment requires 20x10^9/L for 3 consecutive days, and also needs to be 7 days after a transfusion.
