Case report of ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction following a FNHTR (febrile non-hemolytic transfusion reaction).

FNHTR occured two hours post transfusion start, symptoms of acute myocardial infarction occurred 30 minutes later: chills and generalized burning sensation followed by substernal chest pain.
