Alerting signals, symptoms, evidence of occurrence:
Hypertension, hemolytic reaction and chest pain. Adverse reactions are probably due to amount of red cells in 2nd cord blood unit. Cord blood bank declared unit was not red cell depleted, and had an overall erythrocyte count of 7.15x10^6.
