Embryo containing 3 pronuclei was transfered together with normal embryo
Demonstration of imputability or root cause:
Selection error. Early prenatal diagnostics showed no triploidy in both embryo's but trisomie 8 in one embryo. After birth both neonates were phenotypicaly normal. Parents didn't want further examination.
