Acute renal insufficiency (anuria, edema, high creatinine) 24 hours after transplantation of autologous bone marrow in a 14 months old patient. Dialysis necessary and IC treatment. No hemolysis.
Demonstration of imputability or root cause: 
DMSO concentration normal. Medication pre-transplant: Cyclosporine, Thiotepa, Busulfan, Fludarabine. Renal insufficiency due to medication possible
