Preoperative culture positive. Culture of infected patient's wound also positive for the same type of E.Coli

Demonstration of imputability or root cause:

Chips of femoral head of a living donor are used during ankle arthrodesis. Culture positive for E.Coli. Treatment with antibiotics. Cultures of the femoral head during surgery were also positive.
